Defining Subliminal Message Programming
Subliminal message programming is also known as positive statements, affirmations, or auto suggestions. This form of NLP messaging can be achieved through sound, images and feelings. In order for this form of subliminal message programming to work, these NLP cues must be embedded into the subconscious, which is the much deeper portion of the mind and something you don’t have a lot of control over.
